About the job
The post is full time. Starting basic salary of between £18,500 and £19,500 per annum + uncapped commission. Realistic OTE of around £25,000pa. Superior achievement is rewarded with quarterly bonuses, and there are opportunities to develop your career within the company.
Key duties include:
Making outbound calls to potential clients.
Following up leads and finding new opportunities.
Managing records and keeping track of opportunities, contacts and prospects.
Emailing quotes and other literature.
Using our in-house CRM database, and ensuring that it is always accurate and up-to-date.
Professional: at least two years’ experience of B2B outbound telesales, with a proven record of success. Excellent negotiating skills. Good understanding of Microsoft Office and previous experience of a CRM system.
Passionate: interested in telecoms and technology, self-motivated and target-oriented.
Proactive: hungry to succeed, handles rejection well.
Personable: able to build rapport and maintain good working relationships.
