Double win at The Glasgow Business Awards
Silver Cloud has won two awards at this years Glasgow Business Awards. The ceremony was held on Thursday 3 October at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on Cambridge Street.
The company has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2014. This year it has appointed a new MD, Michael McMillan, broadened its product range, and expanded into new markets. The judges rewarded this achievement with the award for ‘Best Performing Small-Medium Business’.
Silver Cloud’s founder and CEO, Tony Quinn, also picked up the award for ‘Young Business Person of the Year’.
Tony said, “I’m delighted that the passion and drive of everyone at Silver Cloud has been recognised through these two prestigious awards, which now have pride of place in the boardroom at our HQ in Cubie Street. And this is just a step on our journey: we see an exciting future for Silver Cloud in the coming years. We’ve grown the business by building long-term relationships based on trust, and by offering a complete end-to-end package for clients with world-class service. Those things will continue to make us successful while we explore new products and markets.”
