We wanted to let you know how we have responded to the new restrictions on movement.
We saw this coming, and prepared for it as far as we could. Every one of our employees who possibly can work from home is now doing so.
We’re doing everything we can to maintain the same high standard of service that we’ve always aimed for. Nevertheless, we’re getting many more enquiries per day than we usually do, so we ask to you to please bear with us if you have to wait a little longer to get through to us on the phone, or to get a response to an email.
Fundamentally, though, it’s business as usual at Silver Cloud. We believe that we have the mindset and the skills required to adapt quickly to the new situation. We’re determined to do that, and to do everything we can to help you adapt successfully too.
